1. Services
Weddings Authentically Beauty provides professional bridal makeup and hair styling services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 14 days before your wedding date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

3. Trial Sessions
We highly recommend a trial session 4-6 weeks before your wedding. Trial sessions are charged separately and must be scheduled in advance.

4. Day of Service
Please ensure you have eaten and are well-hydrated before your appointment. We recommend wearing a button-up shirt to avoid disturbing your hair and makeup when changing.

5. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities
Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities during booking. We recommend a patch test for sensitive skin clients.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if allergies were not disclosed.

7. Photography
We may request to photograph our work for portfolio purposes. You may opt out of photography at any time.

8. Weather and Venue Access
Additional charges may apply for travel to remote locations or in severe weather conditions.
